What does Starter include?

One open role at a time. Writing drafts uses no allowance. Closing a role frees the open slot. Starter includes 10 paid email lookups each UTC calendar month.

The 25 candidate places are a lifetime allowance shared by real candidates and simulations. A place counts when an assessment starts, even if the candidate does not finish an interview. Places do not reset, and deleting work does not restore them. Existing candidates can continue when the allowance is used.

To upgrade, open Settings → Journeys & billing and choose an available Pro plan. Contact Aikho for Enterprise terms. Changing plans keeps your data and recorded usage.

Each signup creates a new workspace. To return to one you already have, open its own link — signing up again will not take you back to it.
